Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Arusha

  • Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport
  • Transfer to your hotel in Arusha
  • Relax and prepare for the safari

Day 2: Tarangire National Park

  • Morning drive to Tarangire National Park.
  • Full day game drive, exploring the diverse landscapes.
  • Overnight at a Tarangire lodge.

Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park

  • Head to Lake Manyara National Park.
  • Game drive and bird watching.
  • Overnight at a lodge near Lake Manyara.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater

  • Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a day of wildlife viewing.
  • Evening return to the lodge on the crater rim.

Day 5: Serengeti National Park – Central Seronera

  • Drive to Serengeti National Park.
  • Game drive in the central Seronera region.
  • Overnight at a Serengeti camp.

Day 6: Serengeti – Northern Seronera

  • Explore the northern Seronera area, known for its resident wildlife.
  • Optional hot air balloon safari (additional cost).
  • Overnight at a camp in the northern Seronera.

Day 7: Serengeti – Western Corridor

  • Drive to the western corridor, following the Great Migration if in season.
  • Game drive in the Grumeti River area.
  • Overnight at a camp in the western Serengeti.

Day 8: Departure

  • Morning game drive and brunch.
  • Return to Arusha for departure or extension.
